About Us
Priory Flooring has been a family run business for over 30 years, supplying and fitting carpets and flooring in and around Warwickshire. The business was started in 1989 and is run by a small team - Andy, Joe, Mitch and Michelle - based in Leamington Spa.
We've been proud to work with Karndean for over 20 years, and as a select partner are trusted to design and fit the best in luxury vinyl flooring. This expertise extends to all our LVT flooring, and our range includes Amtico Flooring, Invictus Flooring and a wider range of options to suit all styles and budgets.
Our carpet ranges are extensive, and we are proud to work with some of the best suppliers to offer a wide range of carpets for residential homes and commercial properties.
Our Showroom
We stock a huge range of flooring including carpets, luxury vinyl tiles, laminates, vinyl and real wood to suit your style, budget and lifestyle.
Our carpet and flooring warehouse in Leamington Spa is over 6,600 sq ft and houses samples for you to view, along with our Karndean design flooring showroom, and Amtico design studio where you can browse and choose your perfect style.
We also have end of roll offers and promotions from time to time to help your budget go further.
